Delete Your Pepy's Account
This page explains how to delete your Pepy's account and associated data.
Pepy's is operated by NTY STYLE MANAGEMENT S.R.L.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Pepy's app
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
- Type DELETE to confirm
Your account and data are deleted immediately.
If you can no longer access the app, email us at contact@ntystyle.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my Pepy's account". We will process your request within 30 days.
What Is Deleted
All personal and health data: profile information, medication and injection logs, weight and body measurements, menstrual cycle data, nutrition, sleep, activity, journal entries, progress photos, and preferences. Your account credentials are permanently removed.
What Is Kept
Purchase and transaction records are retained as required by tax and financial regulations. Consent records are retained as legal proof of compliance. These records are no longer linked to an identifiable profile.
