Delete your account & data

This page explains how to request deletion of your {{ name }} account and the data associated with it, in line with Google Play and App Store requirements. You can delete your account at any time — here are two ways to do it.

Delete from inside the app

  1. Open {{ name }} and go to Settings → Account.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and associated data are scheduled for permanent deletion.

Request deletion by email

Email {{ privacyEmail }} from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my {{ name }} account". We verify the request and complete it within {{ deletionWindow }}.

Timeline: requests are completed within {{ deletionWindow }}; backups are purged on our regular backup cycle (up to 30 days). For details on what we store, see the Privacy Policy.

No account to delete

{{ name }} doesn't use accounts — it stores no personal profile on our servers. Any data lives on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app. Questions? Contact support.
